STMC7-Space Changito 4th of July Card

Week 7 of the Stampendous Saturday Sketch challenges. Jennie Dove was back in the driver's seat for this one. Her suggestion was a card using a four square tile in some fashion. To see her sketch as well as her "stupendous" sample, check out her blogsite (Stupendous Fun) as well as the Stampendous Impressions blogsite. Come play along! Two people each week have the opportunity to win some great prizes from Stampendous. Just post your creation to one of the online sites (Paper Craft Planet, Split Coast Stampers, Two Peas in a Bucket, etc. and link over to the Stampendous site using the code for this week, STMC7! Be sure to check out the rest of our design teams fabulousness as well!

Since we are heading up to the 4th of July festivities, I thought I'd take Changito to the final frontier to celebrate. I stamped various images from Stampendous' "Changito in Space" (every time I say that I think of the Muppets "Pigs in Space"!), on a 3" white square, colored with markers, and cut into four tiles. Just for added fun, I turned the final tile as if Changito was floating in space and added a flat glass marble for his space helmet. (See close up at left.)
Just like Changito, I hope your upcoming week is out of this world!
