Orchid Watercolor Sympathy Card

Unfortunately, occasionally there comes a time in our lives when it would be nice to have a sympathy card or two on hand. I know, it almost seems like bad "juju" to prepare in advance, but it's a part of life. A beautiful, hand-made card will be kept and appreciated and can help soften the grief. This card was created using Stampendous' Perfectly Clear "Orchid Greetings" set. This is another one of those great versatile sets to have on hand as it comes with sentiments for virtually every occasion...including sympathy. The potted orchid was stamped and watercolored very simply. The panel was layered on a green panel and then the lavender card. You could very easily create several of these cards and leave off the sentiment until you know if you need a birthday, occasion, or sympathy card. That way you don't have to worry about the "juju"!
