Isn't it amazing how busy the month of September can be? I don't even have kids in school anymore, and yet I seem to be swamped with time-consuming projects! So, today being Saturday, and Stampendous Saturday at that, I decided to take a break, sit down, and just relax. This is the perfect card to demonstrate this! Using some of the latest Stampendous Fran-tage images, I went with a monochromatic theme. The Perfectly Clear "Chandelier" was stamped tone-on-tone in the background, along with subtly stamped swirls from the Perfectly Clear "Damask Chair" set. A band of the border image from the same set was placed across the bottom of the card with ruffled lace on top and a simple sentiment. The true focal point of this card, is the gorgeous "Damask Chair", which I popped up for extra emphasis. Though we didn't have a "challenge" this week, we are still reminding you that the September challenge is still open for you to play along until September 29th. Here is the sketch for this month. If you would like to see more inspiration with this sketch, visit the Stampendous Impressions blog for today's post HERE, last week's post HERE, and my post HERE (which will also connect you to the rest of the team's sketch versions as well.)
