Time for a Frosty One! Dreamweaver Sleigh Ride Card

Bouncing back to Christmas again with this teaser before Dreamweaver Stencils' fabulous blog hop coming up September 30-October 2nd. Be sure to hop along with all of us over those three days, as we will be showing off how much fun we have been having featuring stenciling in our paper-crafting. Today I'm featuring a brand new stencil, "Large Sleigh". For this card, I applied Versamark with the stencil and embossed it in silver on a blue card. White ink was sponged through the snowflake stencil randomly over the card, and around the edges as well.  Then blue ink was sponged around the inside edges of the sleigh stencil on polka dot paper. Using a palette knife, I applied white embossing paste in snowy clumps to the polka dot sled and the runners on the blue card. Then I applied the paste smoothly to the sentiment portion of the sleigh stencil on the blue card, sprinkled everything liberally with ultra-fine glitter (including my cat and myself!), and set all aside to dry. I cut out the polka dot sleigh and adhered it slightly off-set on the card using double-sided foam adhesive. A fun border of white at the bottom and a smattering of blue pearl snowflake Class A' Peel stickers finish it off. You have to admit, the end result is SNOW much fun!
