Oh happy day! Oh Christmas Tree! Oh chocolate...yummm! What a fun way to start off with the Lizzie Anne Design Team. Our challenge was to create a card and project featuring one of the amazingly cute holiday sets of cling stamps. My take was a twist on the traditional "Advent Calendar". The pail is full of 25 yummy chocolates wrapped in holiday papers stamped using "Oh Christmas Tree", a great set with a variety of trees in various shapes, sizes, and styles. Fun sentiments and extras are included, and all of this comes in one of Lizzie Anne Designs CD style cases. Nice and slim for easy visibility and storage, and soooo easy to work with! Just place the stamp on an acrylic handle and have great visibility for stamping wherever you want, but with the stability of a rubber stamp. The trees were simply stamped on printed papers and cut out, run through my Corrugator, matted and overlapped on the front and back of the pail. A band of paper edged with a lacy border, and wrapped with a jute tie, adds to the homespun and yet contemporary feel of this little gift. 
A computer generated tag attached lets the recipient know the purpose of this treat pail is to relieve the stress of those 25 days leading to Christmas. Or better yet, to prevent the stress! Lol. The greeting card at the bottom of this post was also stamped using the "Oh Christmas Tree" set of stamps from Lizzie Anne Designs. Several scraps of the same holiday papers were adhered in strips along a panel and stamped with a few of the tree images. Part of a Nestie cut scalloped circle was the frame for the sentiment which will have you immediately humming that great holiday song. A thin snowy border was added at the bottom, and black & white polka dot ribbon across the middle both pop these great images.
