"Why Couldn't It Be 'Follow the Butterflies'?"-Ron Weasley, (Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets)

Just for the fun of it, I thought I'd play along with the Butterfly Blog Linky Party started by Eva Dobilas. All of us are "linking" up with Mr. Linky on her site, so if you haven't come from there, be sure to head there next to check out all the fabulous butterfly inspiration! My post features a portfolio of cards I created for the January 2011 catalog, all with glittery butterfly images from Stampendous. This batch happens to be all birthday cards,  'cuz let's face it, you can never have too many. But it would be easy to switch the sentiment panels. I used a rainbow of gorgeous Bazzill cardstock. The butterflies and companion images were all stamped in black on direct-to-paper inked cardstock, covered with Peel N' Stick and beautiful Stampendous Crystal Glitter. The portfolio was created from an 8 X 12" section of cardstock, scored and folded to create a nice pocket to hold the cards without crushing them. Don't want to bore you with too many deets on this as you have so many other creations to go check out. If you have any questions, please leave your email in your comment below. Otherwise, leave me some love (please!) and move on to the next bit of fabulousness along the butterfly trail.
